Shamanic Herbalist Consultation ✨ (adult)
The goal of our time together will be to not only dive into any concerns or needs that you might have from a nutritional, medical, and lifestyle standpoint, but to also assess your emotional, mental, and spiritual state. The body carries what we do not always speak; physical manifestations can result.
We will begin by opening sacred space and setting your healing intentions and needs. A shamanic meditation, breathing, and the like will be implemented if guided to do so.
Some physical and medical manifestations that can arise from underlying trauma, emotional, mental, or energetic blocks can be digestive concerns, hormonal imbalances, sleep challenges, immunity concerns, inflammation, stress, or even, perhaps, a medical diagnosis. Together with the power of herbs and guides, we will develop a recommended protocol to assist with your healing. Integrative practices are powerful components for overall healing; my hope is to help you see the power you have in your healing.
How we will spend our time together:
Your initial consultation will be scheduled for 45 minutes via a virtual appointment; there is an option for in person if possible and most importantly, we are guided to do so.
A health history review of a provided client intake form highlighting areas of concern that brought you to this sacred consultation.
An astrological analysis to gain insight into possible medical connections with your areas of concern.
An in-depth review of any pharmaceutical medications you may be taking (or have tried in the past), to ensure no contrainindications.
A finalized recommended protocol that could include dietary changes, nutritional supplements, complementary therapies, herbal products, and other healing modalities will be provided for your reflection. The recommended protocol is encouraged to be followed for 1-3 months depending on the areas of concern. Dependent on the complexity of your situation, protocol recommendations might come immediately following your consultation or may take a bit of time for a more focused analysis of your specific needs.
Herbal products and blends can be purchased for additional fees.
A detailed description of all recommended protocols (and their benefits) will be discussed to ensure the client fully understands the suggestions, reasonings, and intended outcomes.
Possible Reiki healing should there be any need.
Two follow up phone calls are provided to monitor progress and provide support (free of charge).
